: the incision

Dr Lim will discuss the options regarding placement of incisions with you. The placement and number of incisions depends on the existing size and shape of your breasts and the amount of skin and tissue that needs to be removed to achieve your desired result. Most commonly an incision is made around the areola, another from the lower part of the areola vertically down the breast (lollipop incision) and possibly another incision traveling along the breast crease (anchor-shaped incision).

Dr Lim will discuss the surgical approach most suitable for you and your concerns regarding these. Care is taken to place the incisions so they will be as inconspicuous as possible, even with low-cut clothing.
