Breast Reduction surgery normally takes between 1 - 3 hours and is performed under general anaesthetic. Your procedure will be performed in an accredited hospital. Expect to be in hospital for 1 - 2 days post procedure and you will be able to return home as soon as your wound drains have been removed and you are not experiencing pain. Dr Lim will review you post operatively and he will also prescribe analgesia and antibiotics for you for use once released from hospital. Dr Lim's friendly staff will contact with you after your breast reduction procedure, to closely monitor your progress. They will also attend to any queries you may have. Dr Lim will review you one week after the surgery and again at one month. Further reviews will be scheduled for 3 and six months post procedure.
